Indiba Activ
INDIBA Activ's effect on pelvic floor problems

During treatment with INDIBA Activ, a radiofrequency current of 448 kHz is generated. The purpose of this current is to stimulate metabolism at a cellular level.

The 448 kHz frequency ensures that the intra- and extracellular ions move optimally, which increases the permeability of the cell. As a result, more nutrients and oxygen are absorbed into the cell and waste products are removed more effectively.

A higher concentration of oxygen in the cells also increases the cell metabolism, releasing heat. The body wants to dissipate this heat through vasodilation, allowing even more nutrients and oxygen to reach the cell.

This improvement in cellular exchange therefore ensures that connective tissues and muscle tissues regain their trophicity and that they are more resistant to stress, such as on the pelvic floor.

Depending on the intensity of the treatment, we focus on one of the following three objectives:
-
Biostimulation (Athermic): anti-inflammatory effect, reduction of oedema and pain relief
-
Vascularisation (Thermal): improvement of venous and lymphatic reabsorption
-
Hyperactivation (Hyperthermic): reorganisation of collagen structure and reduction of fibrosis

The results aim to accelerate the natural healing process and provide pain relief, always during a manual treatment or active exercise therapy.
